  We see all kinds of predictions about the end of the world, movies like 2012, the Mayan calendar, Nostodamus, the pyramid of Giza's markings and even more. Most people are not at all interested. Some are interested casually but a few are very interested and searching for more information.
Are you one of those searching for true information? When I first heard about 5-21-2011 being Judgement Day, I didn't
believe or disbelieve it. I enquired and actually set off to study, perhaps even disprove the numbers that the websites and booklets I read. However, the more I read, the more understanding I got. May I suggest the book: Time has an End. Just type that into a search engine and you can read it, right online, anytime. I printed it off, its a very large book but worth it.
  I've come to some conclusions that I hope you will come too. First. you have to believe that our Creator God, exists and that He alone is God, maker of all things. Second, the Bible is the true word of God and that every word in the Bible is true. There may be trouble with translation, but in the origional Greek or
Hebrew, its true. There is more information about the Greek and Hebrew translations below.
 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. II Timothy 2-15

                                                             The Vision

  God gave Daniel a vision regarding the end times and told Daniel that the understanding of such things would not be permitted till the end of the world was near:
“And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things? And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.” (Daniel 12:8-9)

We find a similar statement in Habakkuk, indicating that the understanding of end-times events had been locked by God till near the end:
“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” (Habakkuk 2:3)

We must understand the magnitude of this fact. We can’t just gloss over these verses and ignore that God was saying He would intentionally keep mankind from understanding certain information until right near the end. If God says He is going to hide something we better not think we are somehow clever enough to figure it all out before God allows it. This means we must accept that at least some of what we have always believed may be wrong.

We are now living in a day, because we are right near the end, when God is removing the seals from the Bible so that Bible students everywhere are able to more accurately understand them. These are new truths that were once hidden:
“Thou hast heard, see all this; and will not ye declare it? I have shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst not know them.” (Isaiah 48:6)

We must approach the Bible with an open heart and let God teach us. If we continue to read the Bible in light of what we already believe to be truth, then we are putting ourselves in a position that prevents us from being shown new truths.

 

James 5:7                                                                                      Patience

    Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. The farmer waits for the precious produce of the soil, being patient about it, until it gets the early and late rains.
    Our God knows that life in the last days would be hard for true believers. We see what is happening around us and around the world, the latest event being the oil spill in the Gulf. A tragic event and very sad for all. At this writing, its day 53 and still they can't stop the oil leak. Some of us watch in disbelief, thinking with all the money made, they couldn't have installed a shut-off valve or a backup shut-off valve to that for a few extra million dollars? The love of money....
We also see many rushing to gold and silver now and what does the LORD have to say about that?

                                                                                                           Money

There is a great rush for the safe haven of gold and silver. Some predict it will reach the $5000./oz mark at some point soon as more unsolved problems come upon the Earth. Even I believed it was wise to have commodities, but no more. God has commanded us to store our wealth in Heaven's bank. In the final days of time, our God is getting ready to shut the Earth down on the 13,023 day since creation. That day is 48 weeks away. How can we be ready for your soon return O LORD? Can an Earthly person ever be ready for YOU? Only by your mercy and grace can I be saved from myself, wretched and sinful creature that I am.

James 5:3

    Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days

Ezekiel 7:19

    They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.

   Can you trust the translators? When I'm not sure about the translation or I hear people argue over the words in the Bible, I go to the Greek or Hebrew interlinear Bible. Its a wonderful resource that the serious Bible student shouldn't go without. Let's take a popular example I hear every day:

   Matthew 24:36                                                    

  But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.  KJV

  Now, let's get a pure translation, albeit it rough english, its an amazing difference -

  About yet the day that and the hour not yet one has perceived not yet the messengers of the heavens if no the Father of me only.

People ask, how can I be saved? What can I do to be saved? There is nothing we can do, its God's choice. This is difficult for our ego to grasp. After all, aren't we little gods in our mind? I think the term is, demi-gods. You see, we are always looking to play God. We look for praise and worship, support from Earthly friends who will agree with us, always building and doing something, looking for success and money. When I do things, I know its up to God how successful the outcome will be. For instance, I'm putting in a veg. garden this year. Its quite a project, expensive and hard work. Deep inside, I don't take any pride for it really, its up to God to bring forth good fruit. I've looked at life like this for the most part and when I did look pridefully at it, I ususally fell on my face. Anyway, back to the point. We are prideful, egotistical beings. This seperated us from our Creator and we must realize that it keeps us seperated from Him. How can we save ourselves in this state? Its impossible, we don't have that power, the sooner we realize it, the better off we are. The realization alone is the key. It gives room for God to work in our life. Yes, just the realization that we are really nothing and that He is all. Life was and is a gift from God. Eternal life a fantastic gift way beyond our comprehension, yet, we have a hope, sprung from something deep inside of us, the Holy Spirit, testifying and helping us understand this most important concept.That of ourselves, we can do nothing to be saved. We must wait on Him to save us. A great prayer in the morning is, "Lord, save me from myself."  Meditate, allow you mind to be His, start with the Lords prayer and then await His Word.
 
 
Then the Lord said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart. Jeremiah 14:14
God is speaking here of those who claim to be teachers of the Bible. Just turn on the TV or radio and listen to them, speaking lies in God's name.
And they will deceive every one his neighbour, and will not speak the truth: they have taught their tongue to speak lies, and weary themselves to commit iniquity. Jeremiah 9:5
In other words, their creeds and doctorines are so embedded they don't realize they are teaching falsehoods. They deceive one another to the point where they have taught their tongues to speak lies. 
But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Matthew 15:9 
And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and men died of the waters, because they were made bitter. Revelation 8:11
Wormwood represents the corrupted gospel of our day.The third part may reference Christions who think their saved, but are not.
They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. John 16:2
During this Great Tribulation we are put out of the established church because they think we bring heresy and honestly think they are doing God's will.
Also I set watchmen over you, saying, Hearken to the sound of the trumpet. But they said, We will not hearken. jeremiah 6:17
We, the Watchmen, now sounding the alarm, are not listened too. We do what we can by supporting others like BrotherPedro, we send out flyers and tracts, we create websites and blogs but few harken.
 
   I typed in "Harold Camping" in a search engine and there is much information available. He does stick his neck out for the chopping block. There are some blogs available but not that many really. Its almost like no one wants to give him credit or even slander, like they figure, just don't talk about him or FR and he'll stay out of the lime light. For the 2 blogs I found, he got some credits and mostly detractors. Is the end of time a popular message? Of course not. So, who is threatened by it? The entire world of course. Don't you think that if Christ was here physically, he would get the same insults? The powers that be would try to get him removed? Of course. So, when you ask, "is there anyone else that believes the way you do or found the same information in the Bible..." just remember that this is not a popular issue and that most likely God would pick out a man like HC who is not in the general church establishment, to do His work.
  How many people got saved in Noah's day? Just 8. Its not a popularity opinion pole. Fact is, HC believes there are about 200 M. that will be saved in this, the latter rain, the last 17 years of the great tribulation. I hope its more and that God has mercy on many of us who really don't deserve it. God can do and will do anything He wants to. Bottom line here. Don't be looking for a consensus to believe, ask God for His mercy and for understanding. When I first heard
Family Radio, I listened, without judgement either way, got all the reading materials and got more and more interested. Honestly, I'm a mathematician, and got a
bit fascinated with all the math. I also never heard anyone explain tough passages in the Bible the way HC did. Read the books many times, each time will give
new clues in putting the puzzle together. God will see your diligence and open your eyes. I'm on my 9th reading of, We are almost there, and still getting more
little clues opened up. I understand now and thank God that He would give me the time to do so. Now, with less than one year left in the history of the human race, we are awaiting the return of our Creator, our salvation, all praise and glory be to Him. Don't give up. If you stumble, ask God to forgive and help you. Ask God to help make you ready for His return and after all, He gave the thief next to Him, eternal life, when he asked, that should give us all hope.  
 

                                                        

                              Did God put Key Time Patterns in the Bible and want us to search them out.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

The 1/3 - 2/3 Pattern -  &  The "84" pattern -

  1877 BC - Jacob leaves Canaan - to 1447 BC - Israel leaves Egypt  = 430 years
  1447 BC - 587 BC - Jerusalem destroyed = 860 years (430 x 2) 

  The tribulation at Canaan was 7 years or 84 months. The tribulation at Judah was 70 years or 840 months.

  1447 BC - 967 BC - Solomon builds the Temple = 480 years
  967 BC - 7 BC Birth of Christ = 960 years or (480 x 2) 

  1877 BC to 587 BC = 1290 years

  With this 1/3 - 2/3 pattern established, and following the pattern, we see:

  587 BC - 1994 AD = 2580 days (1290 x 2)
  1877 BC - 1994 AD = 3870 days (1290 x 3)

  Coincidence? Are we allowed this inference?

  “And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.” (Daniel 12:11)


  Numbers in scriptures have meaning just like words.

  2 = Witnesses, 3 = God's purpose, 5 = atonement, 6 = number of man, 7 = Completion of God's purpose, 11 = 1st coming of Christ, 13 = End, 17 = Heaven, 23 = wrath or destruction, 40 = testing, 43 = destruction, 84 = tribulation.And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.

The year 1877 BC was the year Jacob left Canaan during its tribulation and entered Egypt. The number of years from 1877 BC to 1988 was 3,864 which breaks down into 23 x 7 x 3 x 2 x 2. These numbers point to the fact that it was God's perfect (7) plan (3) to bring judgment (23) on those who were supposed to be the bringers of the true Gospel (2). We now know this judgment began at the beginning of the Great Tribulation, which we've learned to likely have begun in 1988. The information in this paragraph was not used in any way to come to that conclusion. It is merely adding confirmation that we appear to have done our homework correctly.

The year 2092 BC was the year Abraham entered the Promised Land. This officially began God's use of an earthly people to represent His kingdom as it was the beginning of what would become national Israel. At the cross God shifted from Israel to the church as the earthly organization representing His kingdom. The year that marked the end of God using an earthly organization to represent His people was 1988 when the Early Rain ended and God abandoned the church. The timeframe from 2092 BC to 1988 includes 4,080 years which breaks down into 17 x 5 x 3 x 24

Q: Brother, if you believe that we are near the end of time, where is the mark of the beast? The abomination? Isn't Israel suppossed to be surrounded by armies. 
A: We all took guesses at the meanings of these things but God was not allowing this information to be known until the Book of
Daniel was opened, now we really know the meanings. Let me suggest www.the-latter-rain.com and go to these topics. 
 
Q: I saw a count down meter to Judgement Day and got interested in the readings but its so different from what I knew before.
A: All of us thought the final Tribulation was either 7 or 3.5 years and all kinds of things which are now explained.
Q: There is a lot of math here Pedro, not easy to understand.
A: Yes, if you read the booklet, We are almost there, don't judge its contents, read it and pray to God for understanding. With
a open mind and desire to know, God will see your 'striving' and grant more understanding. I have read it 10 times now, along
with Time has an end and many more books, making the Bible alive to me.
 
Q: Do you think 2012 is the last year?
A: No, they forgot to subtract 1 as there is no year 0.
 
Q: Pedro, many preachers on tv say we are near the end...but never say when.
A: I know, they always quote, "no man knows the day or the hour." But a "wise man
discerns both time and judgement." We are to know when because it what was sealed up in the Book of Daniel. Why would God do this if it wasn't for His people to know? Why would He give warnings to His people like Lot, Noah... and with so many more people being saved these days, not do so now? Of course He would let His people know. Praise
be to God forever!
